All orders are shipped using a tracked and signed for courier service.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

We hope you will be delighted with your order. In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a resaleable condition, within 7 days of receipt.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning the order and are not responsible for the returned order until it reaches our supplier, therefore would suggest a tracked service.
